MEPL has a combination of high Capability mixtures to low Capability mixtures to meet both high as well as low volume requirements of its customers.
The Farrel F270 mixer is the largest mixer on site in Bendigo and has an average batch size of 220 Kg. This mixer uses the latest tangential rotor technology.
The Shaw K6 mixer has a lower Capability, with an average batch size of 150 Kg, however it superior for specialty polymers such as polychloroprene (Neoprene) and can mix to very high specifications. The K6 mixer uses intermeshing rotor technology.
