Calendar Mill
The calendar is a specialized mill used to form rubber compound into sheets or rolls of various thicknesses, widths and lengths. High precision can be achieved using a calendar to make further processing easier.
Rolls or sheets can be manufactured to meet custom packaging and OH&S manual handling requirements:
Examples of sizes offered are:
- 250 mm x 1.5 mm x 15 m Rolls
- 500 mm x 4 mm x 1 m Strips
MEPL have calendaring capabilities allowing customers the option of receiving their compound in both calendared rolls or sheets as per their requirements.
